Cid sports a say-something cowboy hat and keeps his face partially covered with a bandana from his collection. He carries a blaster in one main claw and a stimpack in the other. Two smaller vestigial claws are usually crossed in front of him in an attempt to be cool but unconsciously gesture to emphasize whatever he is talking about.
He hands you a piece of scrap paper which depicts a crudely drawn yellow happy face in a jaunty cowboy hat with a red medic symbol in the background. On the other side in scrawled galactic basic reads the following:
