When this character or an ally in short range takes cover, he increases soak against ranged attacks by 1 per rank of Prime Positions until he leaves that cover.

The character and allies within short range add automatic to combat checks they make while benefitting from cover.

May take the formation Tactics action by making a Hard ( ) Leadership check. If succesful he may choose a number of allies within short range equal to generated. Upgrade the difficulty of attacks against these allies once until the end of his next turn.

Improved:

• The difficulty is reduced to Average ( ). May spend or to have the effect last until end of encounter.

Once per encounter, take Comrades in Arms action and make a Hard ( ) Discipline check. If successful, the character plus one ally per within medium range gains +1 defense for the remainder of the encounter.

Once per round, may perform a true aim maneuver to gain benefits of aiming and upgrade combat check once per rank of true aim

May take the covering fire maneuver. When doing so or when a ally within short range does so increase the defense benefit from +1 to +2.

When given an order that would normally cost strain, this unit may instead suffer wounds equal to the strain they would have suffered.

All weapons gain the accurate 1 quality if they do not already have it, increase the quality by 1 if they already posses the quality.

May spend a maneuver to direct one friendly minion group within medium range; that group may immediately perform a free maneuver or add to it's next check.
